We are located in the very heart of the city with easy access from all areas. We provide free 2 hour valet parking. Your only worry when you are here should be your wellness. Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm with a limited number of appointments available at 7am.
Therapists are trained in a variety of different therapy methods. All are licensed with experience. You are welcomed into a new, freshly decorated office. Each person is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
In your first session an intake will be completed in order to give needed background information. Also at either this session or the next a treatment plan will be completed. Goals will be developed and your therapist will assist you in meeting these goals. Goals will be regularly measured and updated to ensure you are making progress.
Your therapist can assist you on your journey, move you closer to wellness, and provide you with a safe and accepting environment. Therapists use only proven therapy techniques and have the experience and training to use these techniques safely. Your health, privacy, and feeling of acceptance is always a priority. As our tagline states "take the first safe & affirming step toward a rewarding future."
We also offer various assessment services. Each of these closely resemble the intake and are often a requirement of other agencies. As with every other service we offer, assessments are administered by experienced and licensed professionals. These services can be coordinated with other entities if needed.
